The Development has considered land uses as similar in nature with limited conflicts between each residential typology occupying 62% of the total site area with the exception of the individual plots and apartment plot.

The green corridors provides a pedestrian network linking the residential clusters with the key assets of the development; recreational facilities, central park, mosque, community district hub and the local residences.
