The Development is formed from one of each typology building of each category of residential plots (Villas, Town-houses, Twin house, Semi-Detached and Apartments) occupying 56.5% of the total site area, linked by a walkable network of parks and green corridors.

Facilities are strategically distributed as the central park in the heart of the development,the community/retail facility and local mosque in the South-West and three recreation facilities in three other corners of the site.
